Our shelters can be installed on flat ground or hilly terrain. To prepare
for delivery of the shelter, dig a hole 10' wide by 11' long by 40" deep.
We recommend gravel on the bottom to make the surface smooth and flat.   Dirt
from the evacuation then can be placed around three sides of the shelter.
Add wooden timbers, stones and plantings, and your D of K Shelter becomes an
attractive part of your landscaping.   Add benches and shelves inside to
hold people and supplies in comfort.
Trust your family's safety to the experts at D of K. We've been in the pre-cast
concrete business since 1984, and our Family Storm Shelters have delivered peace of mind
to hundreds of customers.   You can also rely on D of K for high-quality septic tanks
and supplies, holding tanks, concrete animal feed bunks and picnic tables.
